Non Vodafone customers can download the app however data charges will apply as per your plan rate. When accessing the app overseas, international roaming charges will apply. When on Wi-Fi, My Vodafone may not continuously update if you’ve logged out of the app.

Ratings and reviews

They should add a feature where you can actually login. While it is fun to open the app and just repeatedly attempt to sign in, actually logging on and accessing my account would be super useful. Has been a long time since this app has worked, would give it 0 stars if I could. Voda would be better off not having the app available at all.

Very frustrating. Can initially set up but every few weeks it will not let me access (just a loading screen forever) which means I need to uninstall the app and reinstall it, set it up again to regain access. This has been an issue for over a year.

I'm extremely frustrated with this app. For over a year now, I've been experiencing persistent login issues and slow loading times. Despite the considerable time that has passed since these problems first arose, they remain unresolved. I feel compelled to share this review due to the ongoing nature of these difficulties and the lack of improvement in the app's performance, and I always make sure the app is updated, hoping the issues have been actioned...
