Esim doesn't prompt. When you purchase a plan and pay for it, and opt to do the esim, there is no push notification prompt or anything (there is supposed to be one). I have no option to activate my sim. Now, I'm going to need to cancel my service and get a refund. I'm very angry.

-The UI doesn't scale correctly in some parts related to accounts, so it's almost impossible to review or amend -The service has problems ensuring that you can actually receive calls at, it seems, random times -If you close your account, any credits you might still have is not refunded to you. They keep your money

boy oh boy where do I start, first of all who even thought of creating this monstrosity of an app. nothing works the app is slow, customer service is very poor and the app itself just puts the cherry on top. I tried paying for my account 4 days in a row and at the end of the top up it gives me error and yes I have the money in my bank account, I tried using Chrome to pay for it, I Uninstalled the app and even restarted my phone but nothing works. DON'T USE LUCKY MOBILE FOR UR OWN GOOD. 🤢🤮❌👎
