I've been enjoying Grey app until they froze my dolar card permanently just because of failed transactions, all attempts to unfreeze it has been fruitless, emailed them, no response, chat them up, only bots are replying, and when they reply, they do with only promises of getting back without actually getting back, I'm getting tired of this app. all my business have stopped for days now just because I can't even make transactions with my card. it's annoying and frustrating.

Very disappointing service. I received two payments (£300 and £100) and Grey failed to credit both. Even after providing every document they asked for, the £300 was marked failed, and the £100 is still missing. This has affected my business because my buyer is now unavailable to resend. Grey is unreliable for international payments. I’ll never use this app again, and I’ll advise others to stay away.

Can't get past the sign-up screen. Every time it sends me a confirmation code to verify my email address, I put in the code and select verify, then it gives me a red error message that says "Confirmation Token is a required field" but still takes me to the page to select what I want to use Grey for, but there are no options available, and the continue button is greyed out so I can go no further.
