Ratings and reviews

the app is user-friendly for the most part. But, they are one of the last platforms to list new coins. They usually list coins after they have already rallied. YOUR POP is an excellent YouTube channel to follow. He has listed many coins that have done fairly well considering the volatile nature of crypto and is very knowledgeable pertaining to all things crypto, especially when it comes to speculative projects. Also, too many updates to the wallet. once a month would be better.

I like to buy and sell large amounts in small jumps. It builds up quick. With theses guys I can't do it. It doesn't say anywhere anything about the fees for crypto buy and sell. Also, the only trading app(I have 7)that won't sell/purchase partial orders to fill them. They charge more for the purchase if you buy more and pay less for a sale as well. They say this is for volatility, but that is the market. They should be investigated. I am just waiting to delete app.

No one to chat or help. Near impossible to withdrawal. They give you and tell you about 2FA and yet when you do it there still is an error code. Haven't been able to withdraw anything since I've deposited back in December. The application runs slow. My phone service is through Verizon, and I have full bars, and even then the app continues to migrate. I reached out to the in their chat because they had to escalate it and I've yet to receive a response in a timely manner.
