This card fails every time I try to top it up. I have to call the help desk, they check it and tell me they have fixed it. When I use it, it works, until the next time. It frequently says my password is incorrect, it cannot complete transactions, or it has no record of my account. App or website, fails every time. The people are helpful.

Too hard to add money if you don't use the phone while overseas. Should also allow email to forward code. However I can't see the reason for a security code when putting funds in, especially when the pin is not always required when spending. If card lost or stolen it is wide open to fraudulent transactions of smaller amounts!!!

Worked probably less than half the time I tried to use it. Contactless kept asking to insert card and then on 3 occasions declined payment altogether (sufficient funds were available). Couldn't get it work at all with googlepay. I tried contacting customer services no help. My daughter had one & hers was fine. Now I'm going to lose £25 to cash it out.
