Ratings and reviews

Consistently Unreliable The app constantly crashes, disconnects from units, errors out when trying to manipulate your units. Have to re-add cameras every other week for them to work on it. Had it for over two years and have yet to be able to actually answer the doorbell. Which only picks up half the movement. Can't wait for my contract to be up so I can nix this P.O.S.

Length of doorbell video clip is set to 30 seconds. I need it to be at least 60 seconds or up to 2 mins but system does not provide for me to change the length. We had at an altercation at the front door but unfortunately the 30 sec clip finished before the crucial moment. Please advise and fix the self adjustment for clip length asap

This app is not good. Never stays connected to any of my devices. My control panel at home is the only option I have for viewing cameras. The app never loads properly and doesn't show any of my devices on the camera options. Every time I open it and try to access my cameras it just loads and doesn't connect.
