OMG!! Can you guys fix this app ASAP. Everytime I will be stucked at the white loading page, not able to log in. (It has been happening since previous version, thought the latest version would solve that, boy was I wrong, same thing stuck at white loading page). Everytime I have to delete the app, and reinstall, then wait for 12 hours for cooldown period.

Firstly they want me to upgrade my perfectly working phone or it will discontinue the support? What kind of ridiculousness is this? Buy me a new phone if you want me to do that. Secondly, I can't even transfer money normally or via Duitnow, the system keeps hanging and glitching. My app is fully updated. Before they upgraded, it was far better. And the system is still slow and lagging. Not a smooth user experience.

"Your password must be 10 to 18 characters long and include letters (uppercase AND lowercase), number, and special character (e.g. !@#$%^&*()-+)." So effing stupid, finally figured out the required format. the instruction is useless because only certian special character is accepted. Then after set new password, ask me to approve in apps, go to apps then apps ask me change password. For God's sake.....
