Back in 2022 I wrote a wonderful review about how much I loved this app, now I can't use it AT ALL! I used to have 3 workout programs saved in my timer, they are all gone and I can't save any workouts anymore and you can't use the timer without saving a workout so this is useless. The start button won't work on the timer or on any of the workout programs I paid for. I never pay for apps and this is why. waste of my money. I've been trying for 2 months that's how much I liked this app. Waste...

Ruined my workout more than once. The timer kept messing up my sets and not giving me the audio prompts on time, then I would suddenly get two back to back. For example, 60sec work followed by 30sec rest would become 85sec work 5sec rest. On top of this, as if it isn't all that really matters, the app is INCREDIBLY irritating to us when setting up workouts unless you pay for "upgraded features" that should be basic features, like saving multiple workouts or editing an existing one.

This app has been great for my interval training. While I am working out I can listen to my music and the app voice comes in over my music to let my know the next interval with a 10 second warning. It is easy to enter in workouts into the app with desired times and voice prompts. There is a little bit of a learning curve to use, but it's pretty easy to learn. I did have a problem with the app crashing multiple times and I was unable to enter my workout. The next day it worked fine
