Ratings and reviews

The app has a few issues that make it very hard to use. Notifications are extremely convoluted, and with the new upgrade to the app, notifications on door sensors do not work anymore. Additionally, the absence of any widget to control the different modes makes it extremely hard as you need to always enter the app to switch modes. Lastly, but not the least, it keeps logging me out, and having to re-login every time is tedious.

Do not like the new update interface! It worked so easily before, I preferred it over my Ring doorbell, but now find myself not even wanting to open it and wade through the different screens to get to what I want. Even the simple things that were on the viewing screen such as turning it off when you needed to has been complicated, not to mention trying to delete videos you don't want to keep. It wasn't broke, why did you fix it?? I have older cameras, so guess it's time to find something else.

The cameras look GREAT, but only when I can connect to them. What's the point in a live view of there is a huge delay and if I cannot ever see them? UPDATE: After your generic response (that did not help one bit), I have downgraded you to one star from two. This app is trash. What is the point in this system if it takes 5 or more minutes to connect? Trash.
