Pathetic application. Seems to have been launched without testing. The app keeps crashing, login keeps failing despite of correct credentials. No way to access frequent flyer number. Please work on this better. It's tough to re-imagine flying, in case we aren't able to imagine an application, which Vistara (owned by the same company now) has done so seamlessly.

Unbelievably bad. So many bugs. 1. While submitting a claim request for a Star Alliance partner airline, the origin and destination fields do not show all airports globally. The list only shows destination to where Air India flies. So there is no way to submit a claim! 2. While trying to raise a support ticket from the app, the reCaptcha fails all the time so no way to proceed. 3. One of my claim requests has been pending for more than 2 years.

App was the one thing that seemed to work well for my trip notifying me if delays which happened like clockwork on each of my trips. WhatsApp notifications were faster. Had some difficulty with my trips showing up and had to add them manually. Airline was a whole another saga.
