We began using this at our company to streamline expense reporting. However, it has not been great. It doesn't automatically update the mileage reimbursement rate, so we had to manually go over each claim and adjust it, and then put in a ticket, because our rep doesn't want to help us anymore. The ticketing system is bad. I didn't get a resolution to my question. Except that every January, I will need to submit another ticket so they can update the Federal IRS Mileage rate bc they hard coded it.

I wish I can give this negative stars. Here is the dilemma, the app doesnt have all the function so you are forced to you the web, which prompt the app to authenticate but also force you to change your password if you havent logged in in a month. Imagine just want to submit your receipt quickly but have to log in to the web, grab your phone, find password, change to new password, write password down somewhere because it doent allow copy and paste. Worst app of this decade

Would rate negative 5 stars. Not user friendly at all and the two step authentication is a nightmare. I hate that I have to use this app for work reimbursements.
