I just signed up for a Chequing account and setup for online banking but the app isn't working. It won't let me finish tasks it just keeps saying it's not you it's us. I am hoping this is not a sign of things to come working with BMO, I'm trying to apply for other things and it won't let me. Not a great first time experience! - * Response: I did as you said! same problems. not sure if it's cause I'm a new customer or not and the system requires acknowledgement as a customer.

How are you a big bank and you cannot solve a simple registration form? Seriously, no passwords would work even though I try to use the so called approved special characters. I had to consult AI so that I could find a password that your form would actually permit. please hire proper coders to fix your registration form. At least remove the special characters that you are not accepting.

Stop asking me to verify everytime I add an etransfer contact! Your app developer has made that feature permanent without my permission when I often buy things on classifieds, so everytime I add a contact, they need to verify that it is me. It is annoying! Please turn the setting off! I cannot clear cache because it will delete all my contacts, again! I need real solutions from the IT dept. Everytime I want to change a setting: its another annoying verification screen that I can't verify!
