We are due for a major update. The usability is what could be classified as classify "Bare minimum". Nothing fancy about it and moreover, missing two major use other banks have been offering for a long time, even years. Check picture/photo deposit and INTERAC Flash payment through NFC are something which should have been made available for a long time. If so many other banks can, why not BMO ? Hopefully, this will come in time with the new debit card, but I won't hold my breath.
Its definitely improved the transaction history is still jittery but far less so now than before. The ETransfer Acceptance feature is flawless, was actually surprised by how well it worked and how smooth the experience was. Transfers are lightning fast. Still takes longer to login than the iphone version on the same connection for some reason however.. and I have never understood why credit cards balanxe cant be reflected (I can go to the Account Details for my CC and see the actual balance, why cant I see that number instead?)
As good as any other banking app I use. It seems odd that so many people are complaining about poor rendering, jittery scrolling, lack of features, etcetera. I consistently find every one of their complaints is not an issue on my phone. Perhaps the developer could look into the different operating systems and see what could be done. Clearly many people are frustrated even though I'm not one of them :-)
Ok App works fine, but I live in a remote area, and I will likely switch banks because I cannot deposit my cheque by photo
Huge improvements. I remember when this app was nothing but a shortcut to their actual website. They've come a long way with this, and it's my main way to do banking now. I've not experienced a lot of the issues others seem to have, like the slow down and other such this. Works great for me. Edit: Still needs investment management though!
Works great Sometimes freezing up can occur but an update fixes the problem
