All in all, it's a great app; easy to navigate, perform transactions deposit checks etc. But the biometric check-in no longer works since I upgraded to Pixel 8. Very annoying UPDATE You don't think I tried all this? Been signing in manually for the last month and can't even turn the biometrics off and on again. Always getting the "Something went wrong at our end" message

Very clean UI and works very well Edit: At the beginning of the year, I was forced to update the app, not much has changed, except that now it takes A WEEK to update the transaction list. So if I want to check if a payment or refund has gone through, I can't. How did you break your app guys? It was working fine for years... Their "New and improved banking experience" is just more ads less function

I sign in but get a spinning circle on the screen app does not open . I left it once and 20 minutes later still spinning screen . Have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times does not fix problem . I have no issues when using app between 3 and 5 am .Wonder if it's a system usuage problem . I am beyond frustrated with this app . I use bmo website (suggesting use the useless app.) Spinning circle has problem since you change to new interface. Impossible to use app for online banking 95% time!
