This app would be good if it didn't keep asking to answer the question I picked every other day it should just let me log into it. It's almost to the point that I dont wanna use this app and just go to a diffrent bank witch sucks cuz bmo is a good bank
I only wish if this app could be so much better like the mobile apps for other Bank or even close to the app on iPhone. Sign in using fingerprint would be a great feature to be added to this app and also cheque deposit via mobile. These two are essential features which would make the app more user friendly and easy to use without having to visit the bank for cheque deposit or easy login
Consistent log in issues with the "remember my card" feature. I have to remove card from list and re-add, quite frustrating to say the least. I would also like to see notifications when changes are made to my account such as deposits or automatic withdrawals.
I much prefer BMO's banking app to the other bank I also deal with. It's much more straightforward. I like how simple BMO has made banking transactions. Very rarely fails or has an issue.
Love the app. Easy to use and navigate. Only complaint is that there is still no mobile cheque cashing. Any idea when that will happen for the non business customers?
Great app. Worked as advertised. A suggestion is that you should add fingerprint as a method of login. It's much faster and more secured. National Bank app has done that and it takes me only 3 seconds to access all the information I need.
