Always been great! Until after the last update, now when trying to log on the app just circles and circles stuck. uninstalled the app. logged in my info and thought it would be fine. However still doing the same thing. Now it's every time I want to use the app, first must uninstall then install and input all the info once again. Getting very tired of this Happy BMO reached out and requested I call their till free number. Why , when all the automated options took me nowhere that could assist.

Edit again: Nothing has been fixed. Let's keep repeating the problem which is DNS tracking and user monitoring harvesting. it still doesn't load and I've reduced my security. basically I can't use the BMO app unless I drop all of my security. That isn't right. That is so wrong. I don't want a phone number I want an email for app support.

Hi Shawn, Please don’t reduce any security settings on your device. Per my previous response please reach out to me at the email I provided ‘mobile.banking@bmo.com’ to look at your specific issue. We’re unable to troubleshoot in reviews due to short character limits and can not look at your personal situation. -Dylan

2026 update: still issues, everytime i login, the screen start on is etransfer screen & not home screen of accounts. There app has finally improved some more. But they usually always have some notification in the app about etransfer or transaction disruptions. Next problematic issue now is you get logged out the app way too fast, less than 5mins. Have to keep signing in back

Hi David, thanks for your update. If your session is idle for more than 10 minutes, the app will ask if you'd like to continue. If not answered, it will automatically sign you out. As for the issue with the wrong page appearing at sign in, I recommend that you clear the cache and cookies from the BMO app in your device app settings. Thanks! -Josie
