One of the worst banking apps. Adding or modifying alerts and booking an appointment through the app is a joke. Forces you to login to the app to book the appointment through the app (even though you already just logged in to start the process to book the appointment). Then it says timed out even though you just clicked in from the screen to find the branch. Modifying alerts is just as bad - it pops up the "issue on our end" for any change, unless you switch off the alert and add it back.

hides important financial information, almost predatory, won't show terms and conditions or fees, when you click "terms and conditions" hyperlink it won't open anything, it just ticks box, I find that discusting, I can't see interest rate on line of Credit, can't use biometrics to log in and the remember me box on log in page does nothing, passwords don't work with keychain, can't e transfer to a phone number, forgot password makes you type in long debit card number twice. crashes often

Always been great! Until after the last update, now when trying to log on the app just circles and circles stuck. uninstalled the app. logged in my info and thought it would be fine. However still doing the same thing. Now it's every time I want to use the app, first must uninstall then install and input all the info once again. Getting very tired of this Happy BMO reached out and requested I call their till free number. Why , when all the automated options took me nowhere that could assist.
