Terrible UX - Can't close the app with the back button. - "Pay & transfer" is on the bottom navigation bar, yet clicking on it opens a bottom sheet rather than a separate screen. - Scrolling on "Transactions" is super weird (paddings appear out of nowhere, very laggy). Also, everything takes so long to update (balances, transactions, Cashback), but I'm guessing this is probably a backend problem. Will improve my rating if UX is fixed.

The app is fine, it does what I needed it to do and I rarely have to log into the website because everything is there in the app. Well. Everything WAS there in the app. Not sure exactly when or why BMO decided to remove the "pending" indicator on the main page when you select a credit card. Very disappointing and frustrating to have to click on each individual transaction to figure out if it's gone through or if it's still pending. It was better before.

The app keeps freezing before the biometric fingerprints shows up. I always have to close the app from 1 time up to 10-12 before it finally works. It's just totally frozen, cannot do anything except close the app. It's been happening for a few months now. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not working properly
