Worst experience. The only reason to use this App was Faisal Movers, & their worst experience has forced me to go for Daewoo Express. They have very limited payment methods and a lot of server errors. Amount deducted from my Jazz Cash account, but Bukkaro didn't receive it (multiple times). Not only that, once your invoice is not paid & you go back to the menu or home page, you can never pay that invoice anymore. It will just reflect on your unpaid invoices. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I had a really frustrating experience with the Book Karu app. Most of the time, it just stays on the loading screen and doesn’t open. I tried reinstalling it, but the problem persists. Additionally, every time I try to log in, it asks for phone verification, but I never receive the code. It’s a complete waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend this app until these issues are fixed.

Scam/Fraud Alert! This app has technical issues and is malfunctioning. Happened to me twice that I booked seats, after finishing all the steps, the money got deducted from banking account but this app showed unpaid invoice. The bank helpline says that its an error on vendor's (bookkaru app) side as the money got transferred but the app is not showing it as paid. The app's helpline says they didn't receive money while the transaction is successful in bank's statement. Be careful everyone.
