Ican't get access to funds, can't move money back to my banking account, they send notification:Security Alert! Someone is trying to add a new debit card to your Branch account. If you did not request this update or if anyone has contacted you to do this, ⭕do not click this link or send it to someone else. If you recognize this activity,⭕ tap the following link to verify it's you: see how it contradicts, it's says to not click, but click to verify it's you. Then it says unable to complete.

My phone had gotten wet, that had me at a disadvantage in trying to move money from my account. In calling customer service, I had many difficulties. Your automated service is to slow, and not personal. Very misdirected. But, once I got to an agent they were very patient and professional. After, going through the security protocol I was successful in receiving access to account. Agents need more latitude and tools to help customers when having this problem. I had to buy another phone. I gave this app 5 stars and had for 3 years. But for months now I've tried to get help and it goes nowhere. My bank account is on their list of approved accounts yet I can't ever get it to connect right. Then when I try to click on all my direct deposits it errors out. Says I don't show enough transactions. I've had help claim the issue is fixed 4 times. When I reply saying it's not I get ignored or the one time I got a reply it took 10 days. Still isn't working. I have 6 stores using this app.
