Absolute garbage. The app and service. The app only loads sometimes and very selective on what it will load. The service I pay for 1 gig speeds and it's constantly reverting down to 100mb so have to reset everything In order to get paid for speeds. The customer service is useless they don't help at all and just ask you the same questions over and over the. Send you over to a different department after they get info and have to start over from the top

We switched from another ISP to Brightspeed about 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but bad experiences. I even called to up the speed to their "1 gig" speed, and it's still terrible. Always buffering or lagging out or unable to connect to devices at all some times. 10/10 do not recommend. Seek any other ISP possible, I am happily going to pay $300 to reconnect back to our old ISP over staying with Brightspeed any longer.
