TERRIBLE! I finally got into the app & it kept saying that my password was incorrect (which it isn't) and saying they were experiencing technical difficulties everytime I tried to change the password. Finally, today I got it to send me a link (only good for 24 hours) to change my password but now everytime I hit the submit button I get the same try again later error message! If this is any indication of what the service is going to be like, they should have stayed CenturyLink, their app worked!

If I could gi e it 0 stars I would of!! The app is almost as horrible as their customer service!! They have NO clue what their doing I tried talking to customer service to figure out why I couldn't get in the app to pay my bill and they couldn't give me a straight answer. I just needed to change my password. Should be easy right? Nope not with this company. They send you a link that doesnt work between the horrible app and even WORSE customer service I'm looking for a new internet provider!

App has completely stopped working. Anytime I open the app it just remains a blank white screen and never loads the login portal. On top of that brightspeed's internet service is worthless. My connection gets dropped atleast 3 times a week. I pay $45 a month for just a measly 6 mbs. Problem is I never get the full 6. Speed tests always return results of 4.5mbs. I'm always looking for alternative isp's, but other than satellite internet which is expensive, brightspeed is the only isp in my area.
