Update: I can save devices now and set time limits but they don't seem to work. Still showing devices connected when they aren't and vice versa. Two outages in the last two months... not great. Original: The app is Garbage. I cant turn off the wifi or see usage. I'm not able to save, rename or assign devices. It keeps saying "There was a Delay, try again later." Also shows my phone is connected to the home wifi when I'm miles away 🙄

It is July 10th 2025 and this app was working until a week ago. our wifi went out for 2 days and no matter what I did, it would not go back on. The day I was about to call is the day it came back on out of nowhere. This should not be an issue. The wifi isn't even all that great to begin with. Why is this happening and why is this app not working?! What's the point of paying for anything if you's won't give correct service?! Fix the app and fix your services!

This app isn't any better than the Netgear Nighthawk app. This app is slow to connect to the router and often responds with false information. As in, it shows "Things" are logged into the router even when they're not because I changed the password and didn't update the "Thing". In addition, for "Things" I did provide the password to, when attempting to Edit the name of any of the logged in devices so I would be able to identify it more readily, they say "Updated" but then disappear. Gone.
