Update: I can save devices now and set time limits but they don't seem to work. Still showing devices connected when they aren't and vice versa. Two outages in the last two months... not great. Original: The app is Garbage. I cant turn off the wifi or see usage. I'm not able to save, rename or assign devices. It keeps saying "There was a Delay, try again later." Also shows my phone is connected to the home wifi when I'm miles away 🙄

It is July 10th 2025 and this app was working until a week ago. our wifi went out for 2 days and no matter what I did, it would not go back on. The day I was about to call is the day it came back on out of nowhere. This should not be an issue. The wifi isn't even all that great to begin with. Why is this happening and why is this app not working?! What's the point of paying for anything if you's won't give correct service?! Fix the app and fix your services!

update(march 14,2026) this app is pretty much non-functional. you cant edit/set time limits, cant pause devices, you cant so ANYTHING except reboot the router. doing so still doesnt do anything. It sucks that I pay for using the router and its services for it not to work at all. seriously considering leaving BS. especially if I have to purchase an aftermarket wifi router.
