Ratings and reviews

This app is terrible on any platform. Crashes more often than it works. Full of adverts even though they charge loads for it. And programs are sporadically on there. Some never show up. Constantly crashing and /or muting itself amongst other things. It's more likely to not work than work. It has been like this for u or 8 years now. Very disappointed. Sky will comment on this asking me to contact the team. Which I have several times to no avail. I will be leaving sky

There is something wrong with the sky go app recently on my kindle and an iphone. It is frequently refusing to play live TV. It gives the error message 'due to a technical fault...try again later'. Can someone please sort out the app. I pay a vast amount of money every month for sky and the various packages. I should be able to watch seamlessly on my device. I pay for the privilege and expect the service I pay for!

It is incredible that a big company like Sky can provide such a woeful app. Problems include but not limited to: mandatory lengthy update on each launch, painfully slow response - clicks take an age to register., Unintuitive layout, doesn't behave like a normal app etc etc Update 1.5 years later - it's still just as bad. An embarrassment of an application.
