Awful App. You can't look at the coupons until you pick a location, and it is a ten minute process. I am so pissed, I could have gone through anyone else's drive thru and been eating in the time it takes to change stores. Spinning circle of death. If you're not going to test it, roll it back and hire competent people to fix it. It's still spinning as I wrote this review.

Tried to order and it was too much work to find out the app does not work properly. Not user friendly. There is never offer deals available. When I finished my order and go to payment, it says something went wrong cannot process payment. Tried that a few times and didn't process. Waste of my time. No Wi-Fi in several locations Ive been to. Went to McDonalds instead.

I go to Harvey's regularly and so far not once was I able to successfully submit an order. Each time it charged my credit card 4 times and told me there is a problem and to call the restaurant, but the restaurant is unable to help me. Also, there is no support link or contact available to submit an error. Honestly, the whole experience is extremely frustrating.
