Stupid app I have tried multiple ways to "redeem" my rewards but no matter what option I choose it doesn't add to checkout. The app claims that you get a free a la carte favorite , original or plain slim for registering but no matter what I put it's not free. Why have a rewards app if the rewards don't work. I also got a new reward for a free side but it's the same thing I'm getting charged and I know I'm not doing it wrong I've been looking this over it feels like I'm working on a puzzle.

Downloaded the app with the sole purpose of having a Thai chicken wrap, which the app says they still have, delivered. Too bad clicking on the only thing I eat there takes me to a list of things I don't want, like a buffalo wrap and buffalo chips... If I wanted those, I wouldn't have clicked on the description of something else entirely.

Convenient app, but you very rarely get rewards, even if you eat there frequently, which I do. It also somehow signed me up with 3 accounts, which makes no sense. but also makes things confusing for everyone when I order in store. Like I said, the app is super convenient for ordering ahead of time, and I do use it regularly.
