Stupid app I have tried multiple ways to "redeem" my rewards but no matter what option I choose it doesn't add to checkout. The app claims that you get a free a la carte favorite , original or plain slim for registering but no matter what I put it's not free. Why have a rewards app if the rewards don't work. I also got a new reward for a free side but it's the same thing I'm getting charged and I know I'm not doing it wrong I've been looking this over it feels like I'm working on a puzzle.

My store got rid of the 8.99 combo and the app keeps advertising it to me. they need to allow points to be used for multiple items instead of individually, it makes me scared of using the ones ive built up when i read the horror stories ive seen from these other reviewers. with how much the store clerks are forced to push this on you, and how "okay" but not amazing this app is, I have a feeling this company will go to the pits in the next few years.

Most recent order took nearly half an hour to be delivered(not including the prep time) despite the store being 7 minutes away. Straw was found on the ground. I did not receive my chips but was charged for them. As usual, I did not receive condiments. And there is no customer service to make it right. Really not happy with this delivery. Update: this is a recurring experience. I'm done.
