Dont use it, i told you this apps is to easy to get hack. Our client lost more than $1400 withdrawal on credit card without permission and Wati team doesnt care it all. This system is lack of customer services and protection.

Expect to get lots of errors, i've been using their service for almost 2 years now. There is a lot of erros, once, they took 3 months just to fix " is writing mesaage " that somehow missing. and now, everyweek, we encounter errors message not sent, account suddenly not verified, cannot login for days and the worse thing, if you tried to contact them they will direct you to whatsapp, but in whatsapp you get directed back again to website, and there you go, goes in circles.

The phone app sucks. On browser I can login np issue but this app doesn't let me login with the EXACT login credentials. It has bugs that are not resolved. How to even use it?
