Ratings and reviews

This review is for the app only, not for the station or it's content. The application is constantly glitching and failing to load. I constantly have to close it down and restart it to get it to load. It also does not update news articles as quickly as the website and is difficult to navigate. Ads are intrusive and loud and tent to make reading the story difficult as they cause the page to glitch. Aesthetically it's okay but could use some work if they're wanting to compete with other news apps.

Updated Review yet again: It sure would be nice if you would include an ad tracker on this app. EVERY time I want to watch a news video clip, I have to watch the exact same 34 second Lyle Pearson ad. And if I want to go full screen mode, I may end up watching the ad twice before I see the video. One of the stories I wanted to watch was even shorter than the ad. Can't you hire an app developer who is able to code the app to determine the ad should only play once in a 5 to 10 minute session?

Traffic map doesn't load, and deceptive practices on the California "do not sell my info" permissions piece pushed me over the edge. It is there, so they are meeting the requirements, but they purposefully made the selection toggle deceptive and confusing. I used to love KTVB, but the excessive ads, navigation that when you read a news story, and it takes you all the way back up to the top so you have to start all over again, are all reasons I just uninstalled KTVB from my phone.
