Ratings and reviews

The service is good and the app is user friendly. The only issue is that it's hard to get a schedule for an endo. Follow up with the same endo doctor is almost impossible since they usually have no free slots or the available sched is after x months. I meet them once then I have to go back to going to hospital for an endo appt since there is no way to meet them again. DA should have a feature where the doctors can schedule a follow up check for continuity of doctor-patient history. Thanks!

Fix your app! My membership keeps on logging out and when i'm trying to enter it, it keep on saying that there has a problem whereas there's none, the details are correct! It's so frustrating!

App experience is great but with the doctors, not sure. I've used the app for consultation twice, and those two consultations were not a good experience. I did not feel cared for during those visits as they were rushing me and keeps on cutting me off. Idk if I just chose the wrong doctor or what
