I like the app. It's a good savings bank to gain interest. However, the app needs to update its security. Mainly because the app doesn't automatically logout. Unlike other bank apps where you constantly need to login your password/pin, pattern, or face id.

You pride yourselves with this answer: How long does KYC verification usually take? The KYC process is quick, taking only a few minutes. Verification usually happens within 24 hours. I think the definition of "quick" is self-explanatory. I thought the verification process was just a quick in and out that I could use your services with ease. Now, my 41k is stuck while waiting for numerous verifications, and there is no such option to move it somewhere else with a better service than this bank.

Requesting for bank statement and certificate is a joke. 2weeks since i STARTED the request, and some 20emails going back and forth. Still unresolved. For other banks it will take 1day, for them it might take 1month. Also note bank statements from app show inaccurate info (for some reason it shows very low funds, nasa 20% lang ata yun sa actual amount in there -what kind of bank does this?). Told them about the issue via fb and email and they simply ignored it. Wonder if this issue is for BSP.
