Funding my wallet was easy but paying for booking with the same wallet was a complete disaster. The flutterwave payment option is not working at all as it's requesting for currency, reference code and other things that are nonexistent on the app. Please, work on these issues. Your app was superb with the bank transfer option for booking but it's so difficult these days.

First experience using the GIG from Asaba to Lagos,the departure time was for 8:am. I got to the pickup station by 7:30am. I was delayed more than 2 good hours.Pickup station was changed,so I had to go to another place to meet up with the driver. On getting to the new location of pickup,my seat number was changed and supposed vehicle of movement also changed. I left 0958am because of the delay from GIG.

Review the app. I downloaded it because of the benefit of being picked up. It doesn't show pick-up locations. Some Terminals show price as #2 when they don't have vehicles vying that route. The terms and conditions need to be reviewed to reflect the rescheduling fee of #1000 when you miss your bus after booking online. I am still waiting for the reply to my Mails. Customer care line has no one at the other end to receive calls. Sadly! Not the GIGM I used to know 🥺
