Resolved: Customer service was very accommodating and helpful. I can now login through a web browser. Better reading experience and there is also a listen option. The issue was: I subscribed to Inquirer using my mobile device, but I cannot sign in to the app. Additionally, there's no way to access the content on my computer browser. Even after subscribing, I'm unable to sign in or sign up.

I can't play the video in the media section and the podcast is not updated. However, the revamped version is good as it has option for premium to access e-newspaper.

Hi! I need help with the app. I successfully subscribed, but I still can't have access to the newspapers. What do I do? I would appreciate it if you could respond immediately because I really need it for a research study.
