I got this app and got verified but then deleted email that I had with account in the app thinking I would go and change it. No, you can't change it u have to contact customer service who replies every few days with some comment but you don't know if they're still helping or not. Also if you attempt too add a debit card too many times you get locked out for a month.

I recently opened an account,got verified, proof of identification, made deposits,transfers, and then after transactions. After a few days, i went to check and notified that the account was closed with no explanation. It's a waste of time, and I submitted the required IDs. It's very upsetting and frustrating. Customer support isn't helpful, and I still sent an email with no reply. Then, I tried logging in again, and the account closed! It's a very upsetting experience & rate it 👎 N0 stars.

UPDATE: Trying nearly a year later and the app seems to work again! - OLD REVIEW: It worked until it didn't. I was able to do a few transactions and it went really smoothly and seemed simple to use. Then the app started producing an error which read, "use a different amount or contact support". I contacted support and they said my account wasn't verified which is incorrect because I have made several transactions even today. Then they said use the website which worked.
