The app has recently been non-functional. For a long while it was just logging me out and I had to keep logging back in which wasn't a huge issue, but now it's taking up so little of the screen, and whenever I try to type in my password, the keyboard doesn't even pop up. There's no way I can force the keyboard to pop up either. The app is now completely unusable!

This app keeps getting buggier and buggier just like their tophy app. The keyboard keeps shutting itself unless you hold down on the app. The control links don't close properly when you quit them and cause them to reopen when you open a different one. In desperate need of fixing. Edit: 4/11/25 - Lovense fixed the issue of links not opening at all but the other issues mentioned in my earlier review remain.

Bought this for me and my husband while he's away for military training. app wont connect to the internet, it says we're both offline all the time despite being on the app and crashes regularly. The app also wont let us send mesages to each other since it wont recognize that we're online. The toys are great but the apps function is the worst. I just wish after investing 400$ in toys for the long distance function that the app would actually work. huge dissapointment.
