I've had this app for years, and I use it for my on-and-off drawing phases. It has WAY too many ads since I last used it. You can't save without an ad, you can't leave the app and resume your drawing without an ad, you can't even switch between projects without an ad. I've dealt with this for so long but now the app constantly crashes, and it doesn't save a backup when it does. This app has fallen from my graces, and it's a shame to what it's become. Don't bother downloading, not worth it.

I've been using medibang for years, and it's been a fine app. Now, I try to draw, and after only like 2 minutes, it crashes. It's so frustrating because then I have to save every 1 minute or so, and when you are DRAWING, you are too BUSY for that. I shouldn't have to be drawing one stroke, then save, get hit with an ad, then close it, and rinse and repeat. I use a Motorola 5g stylus, and it's been working fine until now, and as of now, I don't recommend this app.

Ever since an update a long time ago (whichever one introduce ads when you save, it was a few years back I think) the app will randomly crash, even in the middle of a save, and the backups aren't frequent enough to save any progress. As of today it's gotten so bad that it crashes within minutes and even my phone reports there's a bug, which it didn't use to before. I will not recommend this app on any device for anyone until it's fixed, which I'm not sure will happen since again it's been years.
