Download the application on your mobile phone, follow the steps, and get a Username and Password to connect to e-Banking from wherever it might suit you each time! Whether that is your computer or tablet via myAlpha Web, your mobile via myAlpha Mobile or even the telephone via myAlpha Phone, banking with Alpha Bank becomes simple!

Ratings and reviews

There is a problem with payment approvals via push notifications. Any time I tap on the notification, the app starts, requires a biometric (fingerprint) unlock and then forgets about the push and goes to the home screen. The only way to approve my payment is to send a new notification which is time consuming and frustrating. Can you please check it out?

in every new version its even more difficult to find the things that you are used to do (eg schedule payments). Slow and not responsive at time wothout knowing what is wrong. push notification sometimes take forever to appear. Stange codes appear in some transactions and older payments making it very difficult to id the origin. Also small fees for nearly everything. Unfortunately the innovation and quality that there was when web banking came out appears to be degrating year by year.

The app requires every 3-6 months password change while the procedure is a pazzle.It allows you to proceed even with wrong current password you get to insert new one and at the end you get a message "wrong current password". Even if you succeed on completing this task as i did you can not enter with your pin while you are requested being authenticated with user name and password. SMS with one time code is send with delay and expires. In the name of security we make our lives difficult.
