Ratings and reviews

I generally love Lunar. There have been some very annoying issues earlier, but they seem to have stabilized thire services over the last few years. Also there have been a lot af adds for their own memberships, which I am happy to see much less about now. A few points of frustration remains. Like when I look at my spending on each account, I cannot see what the saldo was at each date. Therefore I have to find workarounds for something as simple as seeing what was on my account a month ago.

07/04: APP WON'T START UP! Provide an alternative access method or sort it out! Support ticket says that they'll respond through the app. FFS... 23/01: A bank that had only one way to access its service, then you need to make 100% sure that the uptime on your one platform is exceptional. Customers having to reinstall the app because it won't load is unacceptable. Either provide browser support or fix the issues

I'm a premium account holder for years. I would rate this "bank" 0 starts. have been trying to get an address updated for months. International transfer does not work properly for months even though it's a basic app bug. Customer-service is non existent. problems and inquiries are ignored. Your only interaction points are AI bots. take your money and run to a real "bank"
