Ratings and reviews

Lunar is certainly the worst bank when it comes to international transfer. I sent money to another european country for over a week. The money is deducted from my account but the recepient haven't receive the transfer. To make matters worst, there is no any proof of tranfer that I can show to the recepient. I have contacted the support team several times but all they tell me is to wait. I really regret banking with Lunar. Total waste.

Unacceptable experience. International SWIFT transfers take ages. They have been taking over 3 weeks since mid-2025. This time I contacted CS at 21 days, it has now been 37 and counting. All they can do is "forward your query to the correct department", which proceeds to NEVER get in touch with you. I don't know what the cause is (perhaps much of their workforce was replaced by AI?), but service has rapidly declined to the point I'd actively recommend people avoid this bank completely.

Too many technical difficulties with way to slow help. We are talking days per response and 3 - 5 business days before they will even reachout to you about your problem. The problem with this being a bank is naturally something that will cost you time and find alternative ways to use the money in the bank as they usually seem to make sure to withhold it from you. EDIT: it's been half a month with no response. your so called time periods for support only for weekdays is horrible.
