Ratings and reviews

you're safer putting your money anywhere else. loves to throw random "something went wrong" errors without any descriptions which is always great for building trust with a bank managing your money. transfers doesn't work, changing daily limits doesn't work. in general anything besides swiping a card from lunar feels like a compromised bank experience. Any issue reporting is gatekeept by AI bots and it normally takes a week (if they ever ever respond!) to get any human communication.

I am very disappointed with this bank. I tried to open an online account, but the process was slow and confusing. Every time I tried to move to the next step, something went wrong. I had to repeat the same steps many times, and it was very frustrating.Opening an online bank account should be simple, but this bank made it a stressful experience. I expected better service. I do not feel satisfied and I would not recommend this bank to others.

UPDATE: the developers issued a warning in the app to use Google Chrome in order to make payments. It seems like installing Chrome did fix the problem, however everyone knows Chrome is a privacy nightmare and it is absurd that developers are pushing users to use it. Please add Brave support. OLD UPDATE: Transfers are impossible to send, MitID approval is stuck in a loop, once you approve it and goes back to the app it asks again 'swipe to confirm' making this app useless. FIX IT URGENTLY PLEASE.
