You get the first three lessons free (8 letters), then have to subscribe. Fine, i guess, though it'd have been none to know how much you get, and how much it'll cost, up front. Right after subscribing, it then pushes you to subscribe even longer with a "limited time discount", preying on fomo, while your still so new you don't know how long it'll even take you to learn. At last the review function works now.

Overall teaching approach is good, however when it comes to writing combination hiragana/katakana the app lags a lot, forcing you to skip the lessons all together in frustration and learning them by yourself.

This app is soooooo good and the mochi charecter is soo cute!!! I was just tryna find a good japanese learning app and found this one and gave a try.... And boom💥.. its sooo good they've made it all so easy and neat like, you dont have to compete with others, no need to maintain a streak like its really cool and cute! Good job guys😊!
