The app is terrible. Took me weeks (and multiple calls to support) to connect when we bought the range. Then after the first oven software update, it would not connect anymore. The range is connected to wifi and to the internet, responds when pinged through its IP address, I can even turn the light in remotely. But that's it, nothing else works on the app, which keeps telling me to enable remote control. What a waste of time (the range itself, on the other hand, is a beauty)

not super tech savvy so it could just be me but it took like 6 tries to get my range to connect and I feel like each time I restarted the process I was prompted with different instructions (one time it told me to press and hold the start button for 15-20 seconds, which didn't work, and finally it said to press and release quickly which did work). so I dunno it was a little frustrating for a bit but ultimately got it connected and love it!

Hot mess!!! Tried to connect WIFI several times and finally gave up. Uninstalled and reinstalled app to no avail. Extremely disappointed... For the amouny that was paid for the commerical range that I purchased all the features should work...Kitchenaid applicances certainly aren't what they used to be. This range is a replacement. Had to replace refrig also...The stand mixer motor is on brink and Corp. advised that they wouldn't replace, but would give me discount on another unit...laughable!!!!
