I would gladly give away all these non-functional JennAir appliances and just buy cheap replacements. The app doesn't connect to anything... My microwave's OS crashed and I had to wait for it to reboot to pop popcorn 🙄. Oh, and my fridge is freezing all my produce and it won't connect to the app so I can adjust the temperature... And good luck getting hold of a customer service rep. Apparently they only work bankers hours and there's no other way to connect except a phone call.

App needs improvements mainly due to connection issues and lacking of basic features. Took over 9 months for jenair to get my brand new steam oven to connect to the app. My stove will only connect via a manual process needing a computer. Connection often drops, even though the router is right next to the unit. Lacks basic features like having the clock set in the app and automatically change for daylight savings. You have to do this on the actual appliance.

Reporting via wireless router in the home. If for example, my dishwasher which currently is not running entirely correctly and has a new controller board on order. Would report problems via its link to the Jenn-Air app. I would feel much more enthusiastic in the product and app. As for the dishwasher and nap interaction, I can set up running of the dishwasher from the app, but I must actually press the start button on the dishwasher for it to actually start. If in a future version fix this.
