Continued use of Location Services running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Nextdoor doesn't run Location Services in the background unless you give us permission by turning on optional features that require it.

Ratings and reviews

Clicking on response notifications will not take me straight to the post, I still have to scroll down to find it. Cannot easily find recent threads I was viewing. They either disappear or there's something else wrong. Just tried to post a 4 sale post, press post and get error, says try again later, but there's no draft saving function so the only option is to go through the whole process again just to test it. Guess which app I won't be wasting time trying to post ads on?

ONE STAR IS TOO GOOD FOR THIS APP NOW!!!!! No longer a good app. I can no longer see my neighborhood. Nor does it allow me to change my feed to only my neighborhood. It only shows global and ads. It has so many ads that the posts get lost. Could be great if they'd remove the ads. I would refuse to buy a product from advertisers on here.

App was so much better when all posts showed together. Need the option for all posts to show together, without having to look at the different sections. App shows new posts, even after all have been checked. The app has done nothing but got worse over time. Now replies are posted as new posts, really messing up the feed. Also shows posts shared everywhere. This should not be an option.
