Ratings and reviews

The app keeps losing my saved payment method, but continues to remember everything else (address, shoe gender fit and size, etc.). I've missed out on two pairs because of this, it's super frustrating. Please fix!! Also, I know this isn't a dev issue, but Nike, please make more pairs in the larger sizes (like 13 for me)! You always have 8.5 and smaller hanging around but 11.5 and larger sells out in a minute. Super annoying. >_<

First ever experience with the app, I'll try to post a screen shot, but into the part where you put in you phone number and it says "there has been a connection error please try again later" I'll try again in a few days but is this how the experience is all the time cause I can look for new Jordan releases online. **Update** EVERYTHING IS OUT OF STOCK!!!!! ALWAYS!!!!

This app is trash. It has never worked properly enough for me to even have a chance at getting shoes. Legit always has technical issues that never get fixed. I've deleted the app and gave it another chance months later and it's only gotten worse. The app won't even let me sign in so I've missed another "app exclusive" drop. And I can't even sign in to delete my account. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
