Ordered thrice, every single time order was delayed. Your customer service agents keeps telling me that the issue has been escalated 'personally' by them But, till date no resolution. Items get cancelled, I am not even notified about it & funny thing is that, when I physically go to the store that I had ordered from via the App, the item is still available! Everytime I give it a shot thinking that you guys have improved the service but every single time you guys have disappointed me successfully

Good service, actually excellent but you sometimes don't get charged for the same amount you bought, I'd guess 30% of the time you need to get them to correct something, which they are good at correction but it's a hassle. The actual app is slow and lags especially when buying multiple of 1 item. Sometimes you can keep a filled basket other times not

I ordered 4 items, only 1 item (banana) was delivered. The delivery charge is more than the cost of the item delivered. It is very odd that all 3 items, which are laundry liquid soap, fabric softener and zip lock, are out of stock. It is very disappointing. I removed NowNow app as its useless. There are much better options.
