Updated review: over a year ago I lost the ability to open my locker via Bluetooth and was unable to figure out why. Today it hit me to check the app permissions and it seems "detect nearby devices" was set to not allowed. Possible app was put to sleep and that did not reset. Once I set it to allowed, the Bluetooth function worked again. Wish there was a better troubleshooter about things that could go wrong and how to correct. Leaving as 4 star due to having to help myself.

How do you have an app that defaults to notifications being blocked and then doesn't give you the option to turn notifications on when the whole point is to notify you of a package. That is ridiculous. I get the text and email options are on there but in a situation where there maybe multiple people in a household, that lack of feature isnt helpful.

The app is about useless. The service itself is great, putting in my information on the website was easy enough. I get text and email alerts when I receive a package which is great. However, the app itself refuses to show that I have any packages no matter how many times I open the app to check even though I've received an email and text alert. I've checked all my information, signed in an out repeatedly, reinstalled the app several times but it ALWAYS shows no packages through the app.
