It's been 4 months . they don't return or replace their ridiculous soundbox. nor they respond . they don't call. they are just charging monthy rental 125₹ for nothing. because the soundbox is dead. I wish I could file a case or something. I'm pissed off. Still after so many days they are not responding. I've sent them the query Reference no. but no contact. raised so my tickets only. please help me with the issue.

They are not allowing me to deactivate my merchant account. There is no option showing in the app. I sent Paytm an email and they haven't replied back at all. This is such a pathetic service. I just want to deactivate my merchant account. I cannot believe that I have to wait for so long for such a tiny thing. Edit- They are still not allowing to delete my account. What a pathetic and unethical company.

Terrible experience. My soundbox got delivered 2 weeks ago but the app still shows it's it transit. The Soundbox controls are not getting available, but I have seen in videos that usually options get available. I can nither deactivate my soundbox nor my account. There is simply no option available, and help requests are answered only by bot, where there are only some specific answers available only. This company doing fraud even after RBI took down most of their services. Fraud company.
