Very glitchy. I was asked to reinstall the app and all my booking data is gone. The app is lagging most of the time and the updates of payments or bookings have not reflected even after 2-3 weeks. The chat is kind of confusing. There is no option to directly speak to the trip coordinator. Its usually the chatbot and The user experience is sub par. Does not create confidence and trust in the customer that the support will.be available. The app is also draining the battery very quickly.

Very Disappointing Experience with Pick Your Trail I recently used Pick Your Trail to plan what was supposed to be an exciting vacation in Eastern Europe, and I cannot express how disappointed I am with their services. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating, disorganized, and frankly, a waste of money. Main Issues 1 Poor Communication and Accessibility 2 Incompetent Sales Team 3 Overpriced and Underwhelming 4 Terrible App My experience was a nightmare. Look elsewhere.

Unable to get trip cost, that button was not working after entering all the details. Waste of time.
