Seems this app is unfinished, when trying to use it on my Xiaomi Mi 9T pro, after a setup process, phone number validation and setting up pin code and trying to enter it, app just exits. And then when trying to open it asks for pin code then for a breef moment phone askes to use fingerprint and app crash / exits.

Once the photo validation of ID and licence was completed (took 45 minutes, 3 phones and 2 app downloads, plus human help), all was seamless and easy. Review is conditional on not receiving any extra charges.

I uploaded my driving license and it was approved by City Bee. I received a video call and was asked to hold my license next to my face. Everything was approved and I was told I could use City Bee. A couple of weeks later at Vilnius airport I found my license was removed from my account. I got no email SMS or call to warn me. I had to use a taxi which cost over €150. City Bee has become untrustworthy. I recommend choosing a more professional car-sharing service like Bolt Drive
