The new update of Cat Valley is very bad. The rewards which I get after signing in for streak does not show in backpack. Also, after completing it's tasks when I tap "Grab Prize" the screen just loads for full 1 min and I didn't even get the prize. It still shows "Grab Prize" but even after clicking it so many times, I didn't get any result. I have restarted my phone and cleared the cache for the app, but still nothing worked. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible because it's a loss.

Pathetic service. I ordered Realme GT 6 on 25th October and for some reason it was cancelled and when I checked with the customer care they said it was due to technical error and told me to order once again. So I ordered again and after 3 days to they cancelled it. I haven't yet received the first order cancellation refunded and now the 2nd is cancelled and same reason as 'Technical Glitch' is told to me by the executive. Seriously I think there a fraud which has happened with me here.

After changing my mobile I am not able to login it always says incorrect password and if I am trying to reset it says to send SMS on XXXX number but even after filling/sending it says we didn't receive any SMS please send with correct mobile number. Bro I have only 1 SIM from start and I am sending from the same number but it still showing same try multiple times from last 2-3 months. If you can't reset the password then don't give any option why saying to send SMS and all verification.
