The most awful service, which you can use. I made a transfer to Europe, it took 2 days to recieve notification, that it was canceled and they said the problem was on their bank. I called them during 2 days and asked whether is a problem, they told me "no". European bank did not recieve anything. I need my money urgent, but refund will take 2 days. Support agent has poor english accent and I did not understand her well and constantly asked to repeat. Wasted time and money along with my nerves.

Cons: Crash often, UI can be improved very difficult to access settings (very few options) and have control of your own account, the app is super slow sometimes. Pros: real time exchanging rate, super fast international money transfer(usually within 5mins to arrive) except for the EU(where I live), moderate cost(deposit fees and handling fees) , top tier!​

I have a bad experience with this app. I have tried to do a transaction and the amount got deducted from my account. The transaction got cancelled due to some errors but the amount still not processed back. It's been almost 30 days and I keep calling the customer service. Fed up with sharing of screen shots and bank statements. Worst experience. I think, once i get the refund, better to close the account with Rewire. I won't suggest this service to other people.
