This App provides ease to general public in lodging complaints against Banks/MFBs/DFIs with the relevant forum/entities as per applicable laws and regulations. The App will be accessible round the clock and available at Google play store. Consumers may download the app and lodge complaints for Roshan Digital Accounts & General Banking through their mobile App. For lodging a complaint, the consumers need to register themselves at the portal through their personal details like mobile number, CNIC, email address, etc.

Unable to login after signup. Also tried to forgot password, reset and then sign in again. still facing same issue

I signed up by entering all my details, but when I tried to log in after registration, it kept saying, "Your phone number or password is incorrect." I’ve tried multiple times, double-checked everything, but still can't get in. This is extremely frustrating! Please fix this issue immediately.

I am unable to login after sing up. Can app developer help me. I am unable to share screen shot in review.
