Ratings and reviews

Overall, it's a good app to get any and all games you want to download and play later on even while you're out, but currently the stars part of the app isn't working, and it's been down for 2 weeks at least, at this point many players could've gotten a game or two from the points alone, I think we need some compensation as some of the players might've already gotten enough points for them to be redeemed for PS money. Wish we could at least use the system to use the points, but it's locked by app

The Playstation App was working great for me for a long time, and now for some reason the Playstation stars feature is gone. When I click where it is SUPPOSED to be, it opens and then quickly closes and gives an error message. I have accrued a lot of points, probably 20-40 Dollars worth. I can't be sure though, as I CAN'T USE THEM. this really does need to be fixed.

I primarily use this for downloading saved gameplay clips and screenshots but it crashes way too much if I'm trying to watch/download my videos or pictures. There's been times where I'm trying to save just one clip and it crashed at least 7 times before I finally got it. Other than that issue, browsing the store and looking at your games and trophies works fine.
