This newest update for some reason won't let me copy estimates. Deletes them to the void after creation. I don't think ST has ever really liked Android for some reason. Also, with the new update, I don't need to be reminded every time I open up the photo upload menu that I can only upload 20 at a time. It's an annoying little pop-up that has no obvious work around. I think anyone that's used this for more than a week would remember the upload limit. Doubt this was a hige customer concern.

Major connectivity issues, will not preload work without cell service or WiFi. It takes multiple forced resets to sync data properly. pictures and videos are compressed so much that almost all quality is diminished. This may be a company thing but the arrival and completion check lists are a joke, when you run 10+ service calls a day it's frustrating to answer the same pointless questions over and over. I do like the dispatch notification that it sends to the customer, really the only highligh

Pooly designed app. Can't use tablet/phone back button to navigate backwards in the app. Can't see time of arrival/completion and total time on job. Hate having location on because it kills the battery faster. Random crashes. Then I lose all information typed in. No automatic saving of information typed in, almost every other app I use daily automatically saves what I was just typing in. Won't easily upload videos. If up to me I would look for a different app.
