I was really excited to have the first AAC app that feels like I can actually use it without being slowed down or bombarded with loud ads while trying to communicate, and I can understand app development isn't always easy or cheap, but 12.99 a month just to go back to not painstakingly trying to type out everything when I can hardly even process words? Yeah, no thanks. That's a bit ridiculous.

"Disappointing" sums it up. The app itself is good, and the subscription isn't ideal but is understandable. It's the lack of offline support and the omission of information in the description about how limited it would be after the trial (which isn't mentioned either) that were a deal-breaker for me.

This is great! I had oral surgery and it's hard to understand me when I talk. I have to repeat myself several times, talk louder and I'm often still not understood, especially with people hard of hearing. I looked for an app to help and most of them are for narration of books and other prewritten pieces. This app helps me be heard! I love the variety of voices to choose from.
