About this app

Making phone calls has never been easier if you are deaf or hard of hearing. You can now call your family, friends, doctor and company helplines - in complete independence!

Discover the market's fastest and hugely reliable call transcription application. Rogervoice is the first software for the deaf and hard of hearing that can live subtitle all of your calls at home and abroad in over 80 languages.

- How do you use the application?

It's practical and easy: type in a number or choose one from your contacts. Make a call to whoever you want, whenever you want.

Read speech in real-time: when the person you are talking to speaks, their speech is instantly displayed as text on your screen.

You can reply directly by speaking, or by text. When you write during a call, a voice synthesiser will read your message to the listener.

- NO EMERGENCY CALLS: Rogervoice cannot process emergency calls or calls to premium-rate numbers.

- What are the requirements?

You must have a mobile phone number (sign up is by SMS) and a smartphone with a SIM card. You also need a high-bandwidth connection, whether mobile (3G, 4G) or WiFi.

- Subscriptions, plans and reimbursement

To be able to make calls to people who don't have the Rogervoice application, you must have a Rogervoice subscription which covers the cost of calls.

The plans pricing are shown on our website and in the application.

- Incoming calls

You can also receive calls with our Rogernumber service. To do so, you will need to subscribe and register for a Rogervoice number. The Rogervoice number is free of charge. Share your Rogernumber with all your contacts, friends and family. The Rogervoice app rings when this number is called.

- Who are we?

We at Rogervoice are a team of deaf and hearing experts who are putting all of our expertise and knowledge into phone accessibility.

- The safety of your data:

Our service is GDPR and CPNI compliant: our data and servers are in Europe. We never store the voices and/or transcriptions of your calls. All of our communication connections between the application and our servers are secured.

I really really want to give this app a 5 star rating. I'm deaf but don't like video relay which deaf people use to make their calls. I would really really love to be able to use this app for all my phone needs. The voice transliteration seems amazingly accurate. But it doesn't seem to work for incoming calls. Only outgoing calls work well. To the Rogersvoice team, please somehow make it possible for incoming calls to work in this app. Then Rogersvoice would be a total game changer for me!

This app is brilliant. I am profoundly deaf and had to ask other people to make my telephone calls. The transcription is really quick. I was actually quite emotional the first time I used it as it made me feel normal and like a hearing person. It's given me independence. The only reason that I've given 4 stars is that several times I've been cut off in the middle of a call. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.
