I had a very bad experience using this app, do I have to loose all my funds because I changed my device and loged in with the same email i used for registration? That's very bad, and I even chatted to the customer service they keep telling me I there is no fund in my account, oh this is not good enough

I have made multiple p2p trades and none has been credited to my account. this is a mess and it's not good for an exchange. they do not have any remedy to return your lost p2p transaction. the coins I paid for have not been credited to me ever since I started using this app but I've made all the payments from my bank. the support responds fast but they don't have any way to get your lost transaction. I'm not even supposed to rate this app because there are lots of scammers on the p2p option

It does not let me do what I need. I got the code and everything else, I placed it correctly as suggested, however, the Confirm button does not work after more than a week of trying every day. If you can help me, I would like to hear your suggestions. It is kind of imperative for me.
