1.Needs the facility of virtual trial of frames on face,this will be helpful.Lenskart app is better user friendly and gives more options 2.When I virtually measured my face it sometimes suggest medium sized frame, and sometimes suggest large size frame, this is misleading. Need to sesitize this app. 3.When I add an item to cart and then go backward,app is showing list of frames again starting from the beginning.It should start from,where I ended,that is from the frame what I added to cart.

In the app, you can get any frame with any power. However, when I visited the offline shop, they said I needed an expensive frame due to my high prescription. When I asked for the final price on a 1.74 index lens with a 2500 rupee frame, it turned out to be 10000. This means they were charging 7500 for the lenses, while other stores offer better spectacles for less. If you share your budget, they'll suggest cheap lenses and mislead you, leading to wasted money. I speak from experience.

I have the worst experience with titan i plus app because I made the payment on 6th oct and it was dispatched on 16th oct whose delivery date was 16th oct. And it takes a lot of time to solve any issue. I will not recommend anyone to use titan i plus app. thank you
